Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored in protected form).
• Seller details: shop name, shop username, city, district, state, PIN code, and the payment details you choose to add so buyers can pay you.
• Location: the PIN code you enter, or your device location if you allow it in your browser.
• Orders and activity: what you view, save, order or sell, and messages related to orders.
• Content you upload: product photos, descriptions and reviews.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and error logs.

2. How we use your information

• To create your account and run the Platform.
• To show products and sellers near you and to sort results by location.
• To pass orders between buyers and sellers, and to send order and account messages.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• To fix problems and improve the Platform.
• To meet our legal duties.

3. Your location

Device location is optional. Your browser asks for permission and you can refuse or withdraw it at any time in your browser settings. If you refuse, you can enter a PIN code instead. We use location only to show relevant products and sellers, and we remember your chosen area in a small cookie on your device so you do not need to enter it again.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

• with the buyer or seller in an order, so it can be fulfilled (for example name, phone number and delivery address);
• with service providers who help us run the Platform, such as hosting, sign-in, file storage and email providers, under contract;
• with authorities when the law requires it or to protect users' safety;
• with a new owner if MyStorHub is merged with or sold to another business.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your delivery area and language, and keep the Platform secure. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution requirements. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and never share OTPs or UPI PINs.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold, correct or update it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. You can also nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapable. To make a request, write to us using the Contact Us page. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

9. Children

The Platform is not meant for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Links to other sites

Sellers and users may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
