1. About the Platform

MyStorHub is an online marketplace where independent sellers across India list products and buyers discover them, including by location. MyStorHub is an intermediary. Unless we clearly say otherwise, products are sold by sellers and not by MyStorHub, and the contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. Sellers must give accurate details and hold every licence or registration needed for what they sell, for example FSSAI registration for food businesses and GST registration where required.

3. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Location

We may use your PIN code, or your device location if you allow it, to show nearby products and sellers. Allowing device location is optional. You can deny permission and enter a PIN code instead.

5. Buying

Product information, prices, stock and delivery details are provided by sellers. An order is confirmed when the seller accepts it. A seller may cancel an order, for example if stock has run out, and any amount you have paid will be refunded by the seller.

6. Payments

Buyers pay sellers directly by UPI, bank transfer or another method shown on the Platform. Unless we clearly say otherwise, MyStorHub does not hold buyer funds. Check the payee details before every payment. We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong account by mistake.

7. Sellers and plans

Sellers choose a monthly plan (Free, Growth, Business or Unlimited). Each plan sets the number of products you can list and the features you get. MyStorHub charges no commission on sales. Plan fees are charged monthly in advance and are not refundable once a billing period has started, except where the law requires otherwise. We may change plan features or prices with reasonable notice. If your plan ends or is downgraded, listings above your new limit may be hidden.

• List only products you are legally allowed to sell, with accurate photos, descriptions, prices and stock.
• Pack, ship and deliver orders on time, and share tracking details where available.
• Handle returns, refunds and customer queries fairly, as described in our Returns & Refunds page.
• Issue invoices and pay all taxes that apply to your sales.

8. Prohibited items and conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• sell illegal, stolen, counterfeit or unsafe goods, or anything you do not have the right to sell;
• sell weapons, explosives, narcotics, or tobacco, alcohol, prescription medicines or medical devices where a licence is required and you do not hold it;
• sell adult content, wildlife products or hazardous materials;
• post fake reviews, false listings or misleading offers;
• harass, threaten or defraud other users, or take a transaction off the Platform to cheat someone;
• upload malware, scrape the Platform, or interfere with how it works;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.

9. Content and reviews

You own the content you post, but you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the Platform for as long as it is listed. You are responsible for your content. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

10. Intellectual property

The MyStorHub name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not make any promise about the quality, safety or legality of products listed by sellers, and we are not responsible for what sellers do or fail to do.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MyStorHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit or data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts and remove listings that break these Terms or the law, or that put other users at risk. You may stop using the Platform and ask us to close your account at any time.

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact our Grievance Officer using the details on the Contact Us page. We follow the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at [YOUR CITY], West Bengal will have jurisdiction over disputes.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top. If you keep using the Platform after that, you accept the changes.
