Shipping & Delivery

Sellers on MyStorHub ship their own products. This page explains how delivery works for buyers and what we expect from sellers.

1. Local and All India products

When a seller lists a product they choose where it can be delivered. Products marked "All India" are delivered anywhere in India. Other products are delivered only to the seller's local area, so they may not be available for every PIN code.

2. Checking availability

Set your delivery location in the header. The product page shows whether the seller can deliver to your PIN code.

3. Delivery time

Delivery time is set by the seller and shown on the product page or at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees. Fresh food is usually delivered locally only.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if any, are set by the seller and shown before you pay.

5. Tracking

Where the seller uses a courier, they should share the tracking details with you. Look in My Orders or ask the seller.

6. Address and contact details

Give a complete address and a working phone number. If delivery fails because the details were wrong or nobody was available, you may have to pay for re-delivery.

7. Damaged in transit

Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or wrong, report it within 48 hours as explained in our Returns & Refunds page.

8. Late or undelivered orders

Contact the seller first. If the order still does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact support and we will help you get a delivery, a replacement or a refund.

9. For sellers

  • Dispatch orders promptly and share tracking details.
  • Pack items safely. Perishable food must be packed and handled in line with FSSAI rules.
  • Ship only to the areas you selected (Local or All India) when you listed the product.
  • Never give false tracking details or mark orders delivered when they are not.
